All of our items are made to order, but we try sticking to a 10-12 business day processing time for most items. Some are faster than others so make sure you check each individual listing for more information!

If you accidentally put in the wrong shipping info, email me ASAP at info@thornecreek.com. I still have time to change it as long as it hasn't shipped yet!

As you can see, every item we make is custom-made to order. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns. Please let me know if there was something incorrect about your item, though! We'll do our best to make sure everything is good to go!

Every hang-able item comes with sawtooth hanger(s) on the backside! They will be ready to hang right out of the box. Keep in mind that these are designed to hold dog accessories. Please use caution before hanging anything super heavy on them and make sure you use proper hardware in your walls if doing so!

All ornaments come with twine already attached and ready to hang on your tree! :)
